Refund policy

In order to provide our customers with the best quality and service, we have a clear policy regarding cancellations and refunds.

A deadline is defined for each project so that the progress can be tracked.

In order for any project to succeed, a thorough discovery/analysis and scope of work document must be developed. Both parties need to know what needs to be done so that there won't be any cancellations, reversals, or disagreements. Refunds are not available for work already completed due to the fact that achieving each goal takes time.

All completed work remains the client's property, and any payments for further development are void upon mutual termination. Any deposits or payments made previously will not be refunded. No payment will be refunded once the client approves mock-up designs and the project moves into development.

A partial refund cannot be issued halfway through a project phase. We cannot accept cancellations for special event services that our marketing team has provided. Cancellation of these offers is not possible due to their limited duration.

There are no refunds for web/app services, but a 30-day cancellation notice is acceptable. Payments or deposits that have been abandoned for more than 30 days cannot be refunded. We will refund the client's money within 5-7 days of receiving the first payment if the client decides not to continue with the project.
